 Oh Almighty God

Whose Great Power And Eternal Wisdom Embraces The Universe, Watch Over All Policemen and Law Enforcement Officers. Protect Them From Harm In The Performance Of Their Duty To Stop Crime, Robberies, Riots And Violence.

We Pray, Help Them Keep Our Streets And Homes Safe Day And Night. We Recommend Them To Your Loving Care Because Their Duty Is Dangerous. Grant Them Your Unending Strength And Courage In Their Daily Assignments.

Dear God Protect These Brave Men and Women, Grant Them Your Almighty Protection, Unite Them Safely With Their Families After Duty Has Ended.

Police Officer's Prayer #2

When I start my tour of duty, God, wherever crime might be,

As I drive the darkened highway or streets alone,

let me be close to thee.

O God, I pray that I don't see things I fear inside of me.

Please give me understanding, with both the young and old.

Let me never make judgment in a rash or callous way.

I want to fill my calling and give the best in me.

We ask for nothing personally, our goal is

_ to improve _ to perform _ to serve.

We are on duty from dawn to dawn.

We all have seen ourselves and other officer's route to a mission of mercy.

Sirens blasting! Lights flashing! We sure do fly.

As I anticipated this occasion, thoughts came to my mind,

My group, is one of a kind,

Lord, if some dark and dreary day, I must give my life,

Lord, I pray, with your everlasting love,

Please protect my children and my spouse.
